Returns

We accept returns on unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at fortuna.co.streetwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
