Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Fortuna .co and reflects typical production and delivery times when fulfilled by our Printify print partners. Delivery estimates include production time + shipping time.
Order Processing & Production Time
Once your order is placed, it enters production with our print partner. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before being shipped. Production may be longer during peak periods or if a product is temporarily out of stock.
Estimated Shipping Times
After production is complete, delivery time varies based on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are in addition to production time:
Domestic (within the U.S.)

Standard: 2–5 business days delivery after production.
Domestic (within Canada)

Standard: 10–30 business days delivery after production.
International (outside U.S. & Canada)

Standard: 10–30 business days delivery after production.
These are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier performance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. Exact rates depend on the shipping method selected and any live shipping rates passed through from our providers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking availability depends on the carrier used by the print partner.
Shipping Upgrades (if available)
Some orders may qualify for priority or expedited shipping options, which can shorten delivery time but do not eliminate production time. Please choose your preferred shipping method at checkout if offered.
International Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by their country’s government. These additional charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. Fortuna is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order shows delayed transit or appears lost, contact us at fortuna.co.streetwear@gmail.com for assistance. While we cannot control carrier performance, we will help however possible.
